I am Frank Crossan and I am delighted that you have visited my website!
After spending over forty years as a clinical nurse and University Professor I retired early and decided to develop a new exciting career as a hypnotherapist, aesthetics practitioner and a holistic therapist.
I believe strongly in the link between our physical health and our spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
I’m a passionate, caring individual with my hypnotherapy and my holistic massage practice and I provide aesthetic skin treatments as I believe when we look the way we want to look we feel the way we want to feel and our confidence grows. I am dedicated to placing my clients at the centre of my everything I do and to helping them move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each person to make sure they receive the
approach that works best for them.
Time and again I have seen the incredible
healing power of the treatments that I can offer you.
Please contact me to find out more.

Solution Based Hypnotherapy Service
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and it’s designed to reduce anxiety, calm the mind and support you. Using a powerful combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis, clients are able to make changes in a relatively short period of time.
Unlike traditional methods Solution Focused Hypnotherapy focuses on the present and the future in a positive way, how you want things to be, rather than dwelling on the problems which caused you to seek help. Thinking about life in a positive way helps rewire your brain, an integral part of the process because it helps build new healthy patterns of behaviour which means you’ll be less likely to dwell on things in life, breaking the often-debilitating cycle of negative thinking.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy uses practical, modern and well researched strategies to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time. As a solution focused hypnotherapist I look at what my clients want to achieve rather than on the problem(s) that prompts them to seek change.
During Solution Focused Hypnotherapy we use a variety of different techniques that have been proven time and time again to be highly effective in bringing about positive and sustained change. Above all we endeavour to make this process a fun one and we do not spend time going over painful past memories, focusing instead on the present and the future. We do of course use the immensely powerful and completely natural state of hypnosis to help bring about these positive changes.

Massage | Hot Stones | Hopi Ear Candles
Holistic comes from the Greek word holos, meaning 'whole'.
Rather than just addressing an immediate symptom, a holistic therapist will look for the underlying cause by considering current physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual states of health and wellbeing.
A whole range of therapies can be categorised under this heading.
The therapies I offer include:
Swedish massage therapy
The most popular all over body massage which leaves you feeling completely relaxed and free of muscle tension. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish massage therapy can be both relaxing and energising.
Deep tissue massage
A massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
Hot stone massage
A type of massage therapy used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
Also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy this is a pseudoscientific alternative medicine practice claiming to improve general health and well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal. This is a wonderful relaxing treatment used for many symptoms including sinusitis, headaches, wax blockage, glue ear and congestion build-up post having a cold.
Indian head massage
Indian Head massage is the ultimate in stress relief. this seated massage uses various massage techniques to the scalp, head, shoulders and back whilst the client is in a supported seated position. A head massage may help relieve stress and reduce tension. It may also ease migraine or headache pain, lower blood pressure, improve circulation to your head and neck, and promote hair growth.
In today's world there is no need to grin and bear it when it comes to laughter lines or forehead wrinkles. It''s never been easier to smooth out troublesome wrinkles caused by ageing (it happens to is all!) or sun exposure. Our injectable service provides a solution that is quick, easy and convenient.
As we get older our skin loses it elasticity and smooth appearance and wrinkles form.
Injectable anti-wrinkle treatments are a quick and convenient way to smooth out those lines on the forehead and around the eyes and mouth without any need for surgery.
Fillers reduce folds and wrinkles. and works by plumping up the skin to "fill out" the lines and wrinkles.
Fillers are injected into the skin using a very fine needle and work by plumping up the skin to and smoothing out the lines and wrinkles and adding volume to the area injected. This results in a more youthful and natural looking skin and face..
The main component of fillers is Hyaluronic Acid, a naturally occurring substance in human skin that helps repair damaged tissue. It can also bind with collagen, which is the material that supports facial skin, in a way that allows more natural nutrients to flow to the skin.
Most people with ageing or unwanted wrinkled skin can have fillers. It may be particularly suitable and effective for people looking to combat the signs of ageing or dealing with the effects of excessive exposure to UV rays.
